My grandma would change me in front of the neighbor boy. He was younger and didnt wear a diaper, so he would laugh at me.

Suggestion Mandy !!!! There are a lot of special needs children still in diapers probably between the ages of 5 to 9 years of age or older. Perhaps some albums on that. just thought i would give you a thought . Some are hard to find but others their kids are in diapers.
