Daz. I bought the whole doctor office scene and made a few minor changes. I made many of the medical props because I just couldn't find them. You can tell because they look very amateur and simple. The PWs are Caleb2 and Caleb4.

From what I have seen, these are very good renderings for the software you have. If you are a beginner, you definitely have talent.
