Only when, and if, the persons are also cute or beautiful, are freckles nice. Like beauty marks on beauties and buck teeth and long noses and frowns and fat lips, or thin ones, or blond hair. On uglies, all such are accentuations or merely a part of ugliness. Cuteness and beauty are nature's gifts, so to speak, but NOT GUARANTEED. My figuring, we need uglies to appreciate beauty. And cutes to get half-way there. Or, something like that. I guarantee nothing either. :-) :-) :-)
