I understand with the USA beaches cuz they are prudes. But in Brazil?!?!?!? I would expect that she would only wear a bikini bottom there.

yes. It's a shame what is happening in our planet. I have a lot of albums with Brazilian little girls, and I'm surprised at the number of pictures where they are wearing this kind of swimsuit in. My theory is Japanese invasion young fashion culture, with all that games, J-pop, mangas, Idols, etc. Because I noticed that young Japanese girls in their social networks pictures, were always wearing long sleeve tee at the beach. Maybe for sun protection.
