I originally think this is a fraud, either it is a fix photo or he is using a fake inside his suit. (I do see such done in real life by police to attract others for capture!) But this guy is so cute that some people might not trust him. I hope he is as gentle as the rain but hard as hail as he needs to be. May he also have MANY children! (I delete my former comments. I hope andrei200000 forgives me as his reply is also gone.)

I am just wondering. Im sure this is somewhere in russia or ukrain or somewhere. Is it a big issue if a photographer just take photos or are they lenient on this ?

This is in Kyiv. Yes, a couple of times I was asked why I am photographing. But no serious consequences. Don't know, however, whether I will continue taking pics this summer.

Hi. Thanx for the answer. I am a bit confused though ... at the fery beginning of these albums (i think the first album and post) it stated that Andre passed away. Is this true? Or are you continueing with his work ? The reason why I ask is I want to plan a trip to europe and would love to visit Kiev.

Andrei passed away - see other comment. I am not in Kyiv, and, being from Russia, I now have a difficulty enterig Ukraine. Last year they kept a long interrogation of me in Kyiv airport before letting in. From September last year there are no planes from Russian to Ukraine any more at all.

On a personal note if you dont mind. If Andrey passed away, who are you ? his friend continuing his work / I seriously want to plan a visit to Ukraine, Russia, Poland, etc next year (2017), I would like to chat personally. I just love his/your work.

He is my version of a Kitty Kat PURR. As nice as famous Gabriel (Romania). Even my cat ran away to find this guy. ;-)
